AAHAR 2026 gathers strong momentum at Bharat Mandapam: Attracting excellent business visitor response

From an impressive strong inauguration on Day 1, to pavilion-led discovery and live masterclasses on Day 2, and hospitality décor, professional kitchen & bakery machinery and immersive tasting experiences on Day 3—AAHAR 2026 continues to drive engagement across the food processing and hospitality ecosystem.

New Delhi | 14 March 2026

AAHAR 2026 has completed three days of sustained engagement at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with the exhibition floor consistently reflecting the scale, diversity and energy of India’s food processing and hospitality ecosystem. Across Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3, the fair has demonstrated a clear rhythm: packed corridors, buzzing halls, high-interest product discovery and continuous networking among industry professionals. With every passing day, the platform has strengthened its identity as a place where businesses connect, visitors discover innovations, and opportunities emerge through direct engagement.

Day 1: A strong opening and early momentum across the exhibition floor

Day 1 opened with a grand inauguration and an unmistakable sense of momentum at the venue. The opening day immediately set the tone for the week—marked by global participation, strong on-ground presence and an exhibition floor that remained active from the start. Visitors experienced the energy of international pavilions, industry networking and a fair environment that felt business-ready from the first day itself. Culinary Art India 2026 added to the opening day excitement, creating an experience-led layer that complemented the fair’s core identity as a food and hospitality platform. The first day established AAHAR 2026 as a show that is not only ceremonial in its opening, but also active in engagement, interaction and sector participation right from the outset.

Day 2: Regional pavilions, leading brands and culinary creativity

Day 2 turned the energy up a notch, with visible footfall growth across halls and strong visitor movement through major showcase zones. A key highlight was the vibrant Haryana Pavilion, which created a distinct regional focus and drew sustained interest from visitors exploring the diversity of offerings. Alongside pavilion engagement, multiple halls featuring well-known brands remained high-activity points where visitors continued to discover products and engage in industry conversations. Brands such as Pansari, Wow! Momo, Mother Dairy, Fortune Oil and Mumbai Meat Company contributed to the “buzz” on the floor through active displays and visitor interaction.

Day 2 also stood out for its live, experience-driven programming. Live Master Chef Classes by the Indian Culinary Forum brought culinary creativity into the exhibition environment, giving visitors a closer view of evolving formats, techniques and product applications within the hospitality and culinary space. Throughout the day, the food court remained a major attraction, serving as a consistent engagement point where visitors stayed energised and continued exploring the fair. The overall experience of Day 2 reinforced the dual nature of AAHAR—food processing and hospitality—where product discovery, culinary engagement and business conversations move together in a single space.

Day 3: Hospitality décor, professional kitchen innovation and “food court magic”

Day 3 kept the energy soaring, with packed corridors and nonstop networking continuing across the venue. Visitors explored every corner of the fair, moving from hospitality décor innovations to the latest kitchen and bakery machinery—each zone reflecting a key part of the future direction of food service and hospitality operations. Hospitality décor and experience-led displays remained a strong attraction, highlighting how ambience, design and functional setups shape modern hospitality formats. In parallel, the showcase of professional kitchen and bakery machinery presented the evolving future of high-performance kitchens—where efficiency, consistency and scale are supported through equipment innovation.

Adding to the day’s appeal was the food court experience, described by visitors as “food court magic,” offering a wide variety of flavours and keeping on-ground energy high through the day. Across halls, the consistent theme remained business engagement: industry professionals continued to connect, discover new products, evaluate solutions and unlock fresh business opportunities through direct interactions.

A seamless way to explore the fair

Across the first three days, the emphasis has remained on enabling visitors to explore the exhibition more efficiently and engage meaningfully with exhibitors. Visitors are encouraged to download and use the official AAHAR App for a smoother event experience and easier navigation while planning their exploration of the fair.
